Redline Strikeout

Select the text you want to format.
On the Home tab, in the Font group, click Strikethrough.

Select the original document (Ex. Rev 0 of your document).
Select the revised document (Ex. Rev 1 of your document).
Select "create new document" and click OK.

Highlight the text you want to change
Expand the font dialog box
Check the box under "Effects" for "All Caps" and click OK.

Linking an Excel Table in a Word Document

Open the Word Doc and Excel File.
In Excel - Select the range of cells you want and copy with CTRL+C.
In Word - Click where you want the data, go to the home tab, in the clipboard group click the arrow under paste and select paste special. Select Microsoft Office Excel Object. Click Paste to insert as an embedded object.
